We are pleased to launch the Airbnb Sustainable Hosting Hub - a one-stop-shop for Hosts looking to improve the energy efficiency of their listings and lower their energy bills.

The platform includes:

Free Online Assessments for your Airbnb listing or property.
Information on what local grants are available to help you towards your chosen energy efficiency measures.
An integrated marketplace of contractors to help you find local accredited contractors in your area.
An online application portal if you want to apply for the £1,000 Airbnb Grant towards your chosen energy efficiency measures.
Optional financing options with NatWest.

This Hub is an extension of the Sustainable Hosting Plan launched in 2023 that supported +500 Hosts improve the energy efficiency of their home. Only hosts that have not already received grant funding are eligible.

How to get started

If you're an Airbnb Host, please register using the same email address that you use to manage your Airbnb listings.

If you're not an Airbnb Host yet - don't worry, you can still create an energy efficiency action plan for your home for free, and if you want to opt to a grant, you can consider Hosting here.
